New restaurants, before they open.
PreShift Leads tracks independent restaurant openings in your territory, from the first public filing (often five or six months out) through opening week. You get the owner's name early, while the kitchen is still being planned.

to opening day
Built for anyone who sells to new restaurants.
If new restaurants need you before opening day, this is for you.
Kitchen safety and service
Hood cleaning, fire suppression, grease traps, and oil pickup. New kitchens need these lined up before they pass inspection.
Equipment and building trades
Ranges, walk-ins, ice machines, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Get in while they're still choosing.
POS and technology
Point of sale, payments, online ordering, Wi-Fi, and cameras. Reach owners before they've picked a system.
Food and beverage suppliers
Produce, meat, coffee, beer, wine, and spirits. Be on the list before the first order goes in.
Linen, pest control, and waste
Every new restaurant needs recurring service accounts. Be the one who sets them up.
Insurance, payroll, and staffing
New owners need coverage, payroll, and a team before day one.
Sell something else new restaurants need? It works for you too.
Here's what a lead looks like.
Every lead comes with the details you need to make the call. No fluff, no recycled lists.

Questions.
Where do the leads come from?
Public records and announcements: building permits, liquor-license filings, commercial lease signings, planning board agendas, health department records, hiring posts, and operator announcements, checked every week across your service area. Every lead is labeled with its source and date so you know exactly how fresh it is.
How many leads will I get?
We send every qualified pre-opening we find — no padding, no recycled lists, no "openings" that already opened six months ago. Volume varies by month and territory.
Do you sell to my competitors?
We limit how many companies in the same trade get leads for each area, so the same list never goes to a crowd. The limit depends on how many openings an area has. When a trade fills up in an area, new signups go on a waitlist, first come, first served.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You're billed monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime online. No contracts, no cancellation fee. You keep access through the end of the month you've paid for.
